On April 25, 2021, at the Phnom Penh Gendarmerie Command, Lt. Gen. Rath Sreang, Deputy Commander of the National Gendarmerie, the Commander of the Phnom Penh Gendarmerie assigned a representative to receive fresh water from Phnom Chob. 1,000 sticks donated by the tycoons Ung Bun Hou and Lok Chumteav were donated to the Phnom Penh Armed Forces for use in the campaign to prevent the spread of Kovid-19 disease.
On that occasion, the working group on behalf of Lt. Gen. Rath Srang expressed his deep gratitude to Mr. Oknha Ung Bun Hou and Lok Chumteav for their generous donation of pure water to the Phnom Penh Armed Forces.
